The Manitoba Running Association Diabetes Run 2011

I had a most wonderful day today. Leaving early to go to the Assiniboine Park in Winnipeg to run the Diabetes 10 km run, then go for some relaxation - eat a blueberry Bagels, yogurt, a banana, and a Latte on the lawn to recover. Right across from the Duck Pond (where the start and finish was are the English Gardens. Here I recovered even more, did some photography of the flowers, came home and made a smilebox of God's Creation - namely the English Garden flowers. After that I helped Edna transplant a few flowers in our garden at home. God gave us a wonderful Labour Day.
